Seedling Planting with Forest ReLeaf
We will be potting seedlings to prepare Forest ReLeaf for the growing season ahead. The trees we pot will go out into the community through ReLeaf's CommuniTrees program in the fall or next spring. Sign up to join us!
Educator Volunteer

This volunteer opportunity is for Thursdays and Fridays during the school year, with opportunities over the Summer. Volunteers will learn about rainforest ecology and co-teach virtual or in-person lessons for local schools alongside Friends of the Rainforest staff. Lesson topics include tropical birds, plants and insects, cultural history, and sustainability.
VINES Gardening with Thomas Dunn Learning Center
Join Friends of the Rainforest for a morning of working in the gardens at the Thomas Dunn Learning Center, followed by snacks and a quick butterfly mounting lesson where you will leave with your own mounted butterfly specimen!
Administrative Volunteer
Ongoing
Friends of the Rainforest is looking for volunteers who would like to assist with day-to-day office operations. This role can be suited to your skills and goals, and the schedule can be as flexible as you need. A great way for high school or college students to build up their resumes, or just a nice way to spend some of your free time!
